Over 70% of the warranty claims we manage are now made online through our own claims wizard, and having our Furniture Care Network of employed furniture technicians means that we, you or the end consumer can book jobs straight into their diaries without having to call us using our appointment booking system. All of these programs are designed to ensure customers receive the best journey and that our response begins immediately.
