Compliance
The Compliance function is a key stakeholder within the business and will be involved in the design of all new products, the review of current products and will have a place on all major project groups.
With a dedicated Compliance Manager chairing the monthly Customer and Compliance Board this is a key component in Castelan detecting potential issues and proving regulatory compliance.
Day-to-day the Compliance function provides oversight and guidance to the business whilst monitoring compliance with rules and regulatory initiatives, such as Treating Customers Fairly.
