An active business in its local and regional community, Castelan plays an active role as a North Somerset Business Ambassador as well as connecting to like-minded businesses seeking excellence and best practice solutions. As a part of our commitment to the local area, we supported the re-opening of Weston Museum by sponsoring a commemorative plaque to hold Castelan’s place in Weston history.
Castelan is an active member of the South West Contact Centre Forum which provides networking, training, coaching and best practice sharing for other contact centres based in our region. This has built confidence and knowledge in our high-performing Claims Centre.
